Has my keycode beenpirated before I received it???
My name is Fred Curry, and I have currently not received any support through official channels. I received one reply but whoever wrote it clearly did not even bother to read my e-mail. So here is what happened:
I bought GW preorder from Sam Goodies (sp?) yesterday. I came home. I installed. I tried to log on to reserve my name. I entered the code that came in the little envelope with the CD. The system told me this code was already being used (!!!) I have received no help, and I am going to be upset (rightfully I think) if, having bought the pre-order game, I am unable to play until AFTER the official release. So, how do I fix this problem? How to I assure my name is reserved, and that I get my special item for the pre-order. Fred |

it has to be live before you can create a character and reserve the name
first chance is the early preorder start at 12:01 AM on the 27 th  the special item is activated when you input the retail key not before |

others are getting the Error 105 which means you will likely have to wait. if your access key has already been used, then you need to contact support through support.guildwars.com
